Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow care instructions provided by Flower Boom San Francisco LLC.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellation requests must be submitted by calling or texting (669)-237-8893 at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to the delivery or shipping day. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 

All sales concluded at Flower Boom San Francisco are final. We are providing a service consisting of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light.

Receiving a defective product being the only exception. All such claims must be made within 12 hours of receiving the flowers. A photo of the arrangement must be submitted to flowerboomsf@gmail.com.
