We offer complimentary delivery to Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Saratoga, Santa Clara, Campbell, Mountain View, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Los Gatos, San Jose, Stanford, Palo Alto, Milpitas, East Palo Alto, Menlo Park, and surrounding. The delivery fee automatically will be calculated and shown based on the entered full delivery address during the online checkout.

We deliver to residential and business addresses 7 days a week. Special delivery is available to the San Francisco area.

REQUESTS FOR SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES: We are unable to guarantee deliveries at a specific time due to a variety of circumstances, including traffic and the time spent at each stop. You can provide a delivery time frame in the additional information area when placing your order, and we will do everything possible to meet your requested time frame.

IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME: If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, we will contact you by phone unless you specified special instructions on your order form. If we can't reach you for whatever reason, we may leave the delivery in a secure location such as on the front porch or with a neighbor, or we may leave a message to call to arrange for future delivery.

THE RECIPIENT MAY BE CONTACTED: We may need to contact the recipient to confirm that someone will be home to accept delivery or verify the address unless you tell us not to contact them in the special instruction box when placing your order.
