Flower Boom's fraud detection and prevention system is designed to protect our users from fraudulent activities. We have cooperated with SEON - professional 3rd party vendor to develop our system. We use a variety of methods to detect fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to: IP tracking, credit card verification, and order analysis. If we suspect that a user is engaged in fraudulent activity, we will take appropriate action, including but not limited to: cancelling the order, freezing the account, and reporting the user to authorities. We take fraud prevention very seriously and work hard to ensure that our users are protected from fraudulent activity.

Also, any attempt of "friendly fraud" will be followed-up on case-by-case basis and strongly penalized.
